## Overview
The National School of Administration announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of four (04) Second Grade Administrators. This competition aims to enhance administrative competencies within the school and is open to candidates holding Master's degrees or equivalent in various specializations.

## Announced Positions
- **1** position: Specialization in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Management Control, Auditing, or equivalent. (Diploma: Master's degree, Specialized Master's degree, Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA), Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies (DESS), or a certificate or diploma recognized as equivalent).
- **3** positions: Specialization in Management Sciences (Human Resources, Marketing and Communication, Finance and Management Control) or Education Sciences (Training Engineering, Training Monitoring and Evaluation, or equivalent). (Diploma: Master's degree, Specialized Master's degree, Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA), Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies (DESS), or a certificate or diploma recognized as equivalent).
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18** and **45** years at most on January 1st of the current year.
- The candidate must hold the required diplomas in the aforementioned specializations that grant access to the contested grade.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for former resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for people with disabilities.

- Electronic National Identity Card.
- The required diploma or certificate in the specified specialization or one of the equivalent certificates, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision (if applicable).
- For people with disabilities: "Disability Card" or a disability certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.
- A certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant, issued by the competent authorities (for those with this status).
- Authorization from the head of the employing administration for employed candidates.

- **General Written Examination**: Pertaining to various legal, managerial, economic, social, human, or scientific issues.

- **Special Written Examination**: Pertaining to the required specialization(s), tasks, or functions to be filled.

- **Oral Examination**: The competition committee discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the contested grade.
- Duration: Between **15** and **30** minutes
