## Overview
The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Settat Provincial Prefecture, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of three (03) Second Grade Administrators. The competition will take place on **Sunday, July 05, 2026**, at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Settat, or at other centers to be determined later. This initiative aims to strengthen the human resources of the Settat Provincial Prefecture with specialized competencies.

## Announced Positions
- **Second Grade Administrator** (2 positions): Specializing in Social Engineering (Ingénierie sociale) or the following specializations: Social and Human Development; Territorial and Local Development; Management of Social Projects and Public Social Policies; Social and Solidarity Economy; Engineering of Organization and Social Work Management - Social and Territorial Development.
- **Second Grade Administrator** (1 position): Specializing in Decision-making Information Systems (Système d'Information Décisionnelle) or the following specializations: Business Intelligence and Decision Systems; Data Science and Decision Analysis; Information Systems and Decision Support; Business Intelligence & Big Data; Data Sciences & Business Analytics; Business Intelligence & Big Data Analytics.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most on January 1st of the current year.
- The applicant must hold a Diploma of Advanced Studies (D.E.S.A.), a Diploma of Specialized Advanced Studies (D.E.S.S.), a Master's degree, or a Specialized Master's degree in one of the required specializations, or an equivalent certificate.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for people with disabilities holding a "person with disability" card.

- Copy of the required diploma.
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Applicant's Curriculum Vitae.
- For foreign certificates or those issued by private institutions: The equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette and the accompanying certificates.
- For civil servants: Application for participation accompanied by the final approval of their administration.
- For resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants: Submit their applications through the administrations responsible for their affairs.
- For applicants with disabilities: A certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.
- After final success: Complete the file with the administrative documents legally required for appointment to the public service.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination**: A general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the required tasks or functions, or to the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or to the required specializations.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **Oral Examination**: The competition committee will discuss various topics with the applicant to assess their ability to perform the tasks.
- Duration: Between **15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- Applicants who obtain an average of at least **12/20** in the written examination will be eligible for the oral examination.
