## Overview
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **60 Second Grade Administrators**, on **July 05, 2026**, at nine in the morning. The administrators will be appointed to departments and hospital institutions under the Ministry. This competition aims to enhance administrative and technical competencies in various required specializations.

**60 positions** have been allocated across the following specializations:
- **12** positions in Audit and Management Control
- **05** positions in Public Finance
- **10** positions in Project Management
- **13** positions in Litigation Law
- **05** positions in Contract and Real Estate Law
- **05** positions in Informatics
- **05** positions in Medical Physics
- **05** positions in Safety and Environment
**25%** of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants, and **7%** for people with disabilities.
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most on January 1st of the current year.
- Must hold a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DESA), a Diploma of Specialized Advanced Studies (DESS), a Master's, or a Specialized Master's, issued by national university institutions or an equivalent certificate.
## Required Documents
- Copy of the required diploma or an officially recognized equivalent diploma.
- Copy of the electronic national identity card.
- Certificate of registration in the lists of persons with disabilities (for concerned individuals).
- Copy of a certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant (for those with this status).
- Authorization to take the competition for employed candidates and hospital staff, issued by the employing administration.
## Examination Stages
The competition includes written and oral examinations:
- **First Written Examination**: Pertains to various legal, economic, managerial, social, humanitarian, or scientific issues.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**
- Coefficient: **2**
- **Second Written Examination**: Pertains to the field of the concerned administration's competencies, the required specializations, or the tasks/functions to be filled.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**

- **Oral Examination**: The competition committee discusses various topics and issues with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the tasks.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**
- Coefficient: **3**
**Important notes on examinations:**
- Any score below **5 out of 20** in the written examination is disqualifying.
- Candidates who obtain an average of at least **10 out of 20** in the written examinations, without a disqualifying score, qualify for the oral examination.
- Any candidate who obtains an overall average of at least **10 out of 20**, without a disqualifying score, is considered successful, within the limits of the contested positions.

## How to Apply
Application is mandatory according to the following two stages:
1. **Registration in the IT application**: The candidate must fill out the information statement for their grade on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection's website **www.sante.gov.ma** by no later than **Tuesday, June 23, 2026**.
2. **Submission of application file**: Application files must be submitted on the electronic platform prepared for this purpose on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection's website **www.sante.gov.ma**. **Tuesday, June 23, 2026**, at 4:30 PM (16:30), is the deadline for submitting files. Any file submitted after this date will not be considered.
**Additional notes:**
- Any application file missing one of the required documents or submitted after the specified date will be considered invalid.
- Registration in the IT application is final and non-modifiable.
- The lists of accepted candidates will be published on the Ministry's website and will serve as an invitation to take the competition, becoming final two days after their publication.
- The lists of successful candidates will be determined, ranked by merit and within the limits of the contested positions, from among those who obtained an average of at least 10 out of 20.
