## Overview
The Ministry of Interior, Settat Province Prefecture, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of ten (10) First Grade State Engineers. This competition aims to strengthen engineering competencies at the Settat Province Prefecture in vital specializations such as IT engineering, topography, and geographic information systems. ## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most, as of January 1st of the current year.
- The candidate must hold, at the time of application registration, a State Engineer diploma in the required specializations, issued by national schools, institutes, or university institutions authorized to issue them, or an equivalent diploma.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "person with disability" card.
- For candidates working in public administrations, participation requests must be accompanied by the final approval of their respective administration.
- For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette and accompanying certificates must be attached.

## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination**: General topic or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the required tasks or functions, or to the specializations of the Ministry of Interior or the required specializations.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **Oral and/or Practical Examination**: The competition committee will discuss various topics with the candidate, or subject them to a practical test in the required specialization, to assess their ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the contested grade.
- Duration: **Between 30 and 45 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written examination are eligible to take the oral examination.

## How to Apply
1. Applications must be registered on the public employment portal: **depot.emploi-public.ma**.
2. Registration takes place during the period from **June 01, 2026 to June 15, 2026**.
3. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the National Identity Card, and the candidate's Curriculum Vitae.
4. For resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants, their applications must be submitted through the administrations responsible for their affairs, in addition to electronic registration.
5. For candidates with disabilities, a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family must be provided.
6. The lists of accepted candidates for the competition and the examination results will be published on the public employment portal **www.emploi-public.ma**.
