## Eligibility Criteria - Non-civil servants who are 35 years old or younger on the date of the competition and hold one of the diplomas or certificates listed in the table. - Civil servants who are under 40 years old on the date of the competition and belong to a grade classified in the 11th salary scale or an equivalent grade, and hold at least a Bachelor's degree or an Engineer's degree or an equivalent certificate. - 25% of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of Resistance Fighter, National Martyr, Veteran, or War Veteran. - 7% of the positions are reserved for individuals with disabilities holding a 'Disabled Person' card.
## Required Documents - Printed and signed application form. - Digital copy of the required diploma. - Copy of the national identity card. - Candidate's resume. - Equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette for foreign certificates or those issued by private institutions. - Approval from the administration to which the candidates employed in public administrations belong. - Certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Integration, and Family for candidates with disabilities.
## Stages of the Examination - Written Tests: - First test written in French (4 hours, coefficient 4). - Second test written in Arabic (3 hours, coefficient 4). - Oral Test: - Discussion with the competition committee (1 hour, coefficient 3).
