## Overview
The Ain Reggada Commune in Berkane Province announces the organization of a recruitment competition for eight (8) technicians across several grades and specialties. 25% of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, and former military personnel, and 7% for persons with disabilities.
## Eligibility Requirements
The competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the maximum age to 45 years based on valid service. Candidates must hold the diploma or certificate required for each grade and specialty:
- **First Grade Health Technician**: Bachelor's degree from one of the Higher Institutes of Nursing Professions and Health Techniques of the Ministry of Health or a State Diploma of the First Cycle of Paramedical Studies in Health and Environment specialty.
- **Third Grade Technician**: Specialized Technician Diploma issued by a vocational training institution in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Digital Development, IT Development, or Software Program Management specialties.
- **Fourth Grade Technician**: Technician Diploma issued by vocational training institutions in Building and Construction Electricity specialty, or a Technician Diploma in Vehicle Driving or Heavy Equipment Operation, with the mandatory possession of a Category C or D driving license.
## Required Documents
- A handwritten application addressed to the President of the Communal Council, specifying the candidate's specialty, address, phone number, and email.
- A copy of the required diploma or certificate in the specialty, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision if applicable.
- A recent Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a photo, phone number, personal and email address.
- A copy of the National Identity Card.
- A copy of the Category C and D driving license (for candidates applying for a driver position).
- Three (3) envelopes bearing postage stamps and the candidate's personal address.
- Written authorization to take the competition from the employing administration (for employed candidates).
- A certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or veteran (if applicable).
- A certificate of registration on the lists of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
- Any document proving the candidate's possession of the required practical skills and competencies (if applicable).
## Examination Stages
- **Written Exam**:
- **Subject**: General topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the required tasks or functions, or to the competencies of territorial communes.
- **Duration**: **Three (3) hours**.
- **Coefficient**: **4**.
- **Oral or Practical Exam**:
- **Subject**: Discussion of various topics and issues with the committee, or undergoing a practical test in the required specialty, with the aim of assessing the ability to perform tasks.
- **Duration**: **Between 15 and 45 minutes**.
- **Coefficient**: **3**.
Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12/20** in the written exam will qualify for the oral exam.

Application files, placed in a large envelope bearing the candidate's full name and the desired position, must be submitted directly to the registry office of Ain Reggada Commune, against an acknowledgment of receipt. File submission begins from the date of announcement publication until **August 7, 2026**, at 4:30 PM, as the final deadline. Any incomplete file or file submitted after the specified deadlines will be rejected. The lists of accepted candidates and final results will be published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma).
