## Eligibility Requirements

- **Age**: Not exceeding **45 years** on the date of the competition for Administrators, and **40 years** for Technicians.
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- **Administrator Grade II**: Diploma of Advanced or Specialized Higher Studies, Master's degree or Specialized Master's degree, or an equivalent certificate.
- **Administrator Grade III**: Bachelor's degree, Bachelor's degree in Fundamental Studies, or Professional Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent certificate.
- **Technician Grade III**: Specialized Technician Diploma issued by vocational training institutions, or an equivalent certificate.
- **Reserved Quota**: 25% of positions for Resistance fighters, Wards of the Nation, former military personnel, and ex-combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities.
