## Application Conditions
- Moroccan nationality.
- Age: Between **18 and 45 years** at most.
- **For the First Grade State Engineer position**: "State Engineer" diploma in the required specialties or equivalent.
- **For the Second Grade Administrator position**: Master's degree, Specialized Master's degree, or Diploma of Advanced or Specialized Higher Studies in the required specialties or equivalent.

- A handwritten application to participate in the competition addressed to the Director of the Office for the Development of Cooperation, including full name, address, email, phone number, and specifying the desired assignment location.
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) including the candidate's photo, phone number, personal address, and email.
- Copy of the required diploma in the specified specialty.
- Copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette (for holders of equivalent diplomas).
- Final authorization issued by the central human resources departments (for candidates who are civil servants and agents in public administrations, public institutions, and local authorities).
## Examination Stages
The competition includes two tests:
- **Written Test**:
- Duration: **Three (03) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- Topics: Public management, required specialties, or tasks and functions to be performed.
- Qualification conditions for oral test: Obtaining a score of not less than **12/20**.
- **Oral Test**:
- Duration: Between **15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- Topics: Discussion of various subjects and issues to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks.
- Final success conditions: Obtaining an overall average of not less than **12/20** in both tests, with no less than **10/20** in the oral test.
