## Announced Positions
**100 positions** for Fourth Grade Technicians have been announced, distributed among the following specialties:
- **25 positions**: Surgical Complex Assistant
- **25 positions**: Medical Equipment Processing and Sterilization Technician
- **25 positions**: Medical-Social Writing Technician
- **25 positions**: Emergency Department Guidance and Reception Assistant
**25%** of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant, and **7%** for people with disabilities.
## Application Conditions
The competition is open to candidates who meet the following conditions:
- Must be of Moroccan nationality.
- Must be between **18 and 40 years old** at most on January 1st of the current year (the age limit may be extended for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement, not exceeding 45 years).
- Must hold a technical diploma in one of the required specialties: "Surgical Complex Assistant", "Medical Equipment Processing and Sterilization Technician", "Medical-Social Writing Technician", "Emergency Department Guidance and Reception Assistant", issued by health training institutes or an equivalent certificate.
## Required Documents
The application file consists of the following documents, which must be uploaded to the electronic platform:
- Copy of the diploma issued by the aforementioned institutions, or a recognized equivalent diploma.
- Copy of the electronic national identity card.
- Certificate of registration in the lists of persons with disabilities (for those concerned).
- Copy of a certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant (for those concerned).
- Authorization to take the competition for employed candidates and hospital center staff, issued by the employing administration.
## Examination Stages
The competition includes written and oral examinations:
- **Written Examinations**:
- **Examination related to the contested specialty**: corresponds to the level of a Fourth Grade Technician.
- Duration: **3 hours**
- Coefficient: **3**
- **General examination in analysis and translation**: includes summarizing a text in Arabic or French and commenting on it, and translating the summary into one of the aforementioned languages.
- Duration: **3 hours**
- Coefficient: **2**
- **Oral Examination**:
- Relates to general culture and the contested specialty.
- Duration: **at least 15 minutes**
- Coefficient: **2**
**Notes on Scoring:**
- A numerical score between 0 and 20 is awarded for each written examination, and any score below **5 out of 20** is considered disqualifying.
- Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written examinations, without obtaining a disqualifying score, are eligible for the oral examination.
- Any candidate who obtains an overall average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written and oral examinations, without obtaining a disqualifying score, is considered successful, within the limits of the contested positions.

## How to Apply
Applications must be submitted according to the following stages:
1. **Registration in the IT application**: The candidate must fill out the information statement for their grade on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website **www.sante.gov.ma**, by **June 23, 2026**, at the latest.
2. **Submission of the application file**: Application files must be uploaded to the electronic platform prepared for this purpose on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website **www.sante.gov.ma**. **June 23, 2026**, at 4:30 PM, is considered the final deadline for submitting files. No file uploaded after this date will be considered.
3. **Lists of Accepted Candidates**: The lists of candidates accepted to take the competition will be published on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website **www.sante.gov.ma**. These lists serve as an invitation to take the competition and become final two days after their publication.
**Important Notes:**
- Any application file missing one of the required documents will be considered invalid.
- Any application file uploaded to the electronic platform after the specified deadline for file submission will be considered invalid.
- Registration in the IT application prepared for this purpose is final and cannot be modified.
