## Overview
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection is organizing a competition to recruit 400 first-grade nurses and health technicians (Scale 10) in the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region. Successful candidates will be assigned to hospitals within the territorial jurisdiction of the region. The deadline for applications is **June 22, 2026**.

**Nurses Cadre:**
- Multidisciplinary Nurse: **111 positions**
- Anesthesia and Resuscitation Nurse: **37 positions**
- Emergency and Intensive Care Nurse: **37 positions**
- Mental Health Nurse: **36 positions**
- Family and Community Health Nurse: **39 positions**
**Midwives Cadre:**
- Midwifery: **38 positions**
**Health Technicians Cadre:**
- Laboratory Technician: **20 positions**
- Radiology Technician: **18 positions**
- Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Technician: **6 positions**
- Pharmacy Preparer: **6 positions**
- Health and Environment Technician: **5 positions**
- Health Statistics Technician: **6 positions**
- Dietitian and Nutrition Specialist: **4 positions**
**Medical and Social Assistants Cadre:**
- Social Assistant: **10 positions**
**Therapists Cadre:**
- Speech Therapist: **3 positions**
- Optometrist: **1 position**
- Psychomotor Therapist: **6 positions**
- Occupational Therapy: **2 positions**
- Medical Rehabilitation Specialist: **15 positions**
**Note:** **25%** of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military, or former combatant, and **7%** for people with disabilities.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most on January 1st of the current year.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree issued by one of the Higher Institutes of Nursing Professions and Health Techniques, or a State Diploma of the first cycle of paramedical studies issued by one of the Institutes for Training Health Cadres affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, or an equivalent certificate or diploma.
## Required Documents
1. Copy of the diploma issued according to the required specializations. (For diplomas not issued by institutes affiliated with the Ministry of Health, a certified true copy must be submitted, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette and the documents included in the equivalence decision).
2. Copy of the electronic national identity card.
3. Certificate of registration in the lists of persons with disabilities (for those concerned).
4. Certified true copy of a certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military, or former combatant (for those concerned).
5. Authorization to take the competition for employed candidates, issued by the employing administration.
## Examination Stages
1. **Written Examination:**
- Includes multiple-choice questions on general health.
- Duration: **Two (2) hours**.
- Coefficient: **2**.
2. **Practical Examination:**
- Includes direct questions or multiple-choice questions related to the required specializations.
- Aims to assess the candidate's ability to perform tasks or functions related to the contested grade.
- Duration: **Two (2) hours**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
**Notes on Examinations:**
- A numerical score between **0 and 20** is awarded for the examination. Any score equal to or less than **5 out of 20** is considered disqualifying.
- The lists of successful candidates and the waiting list are limited to candidates who obtain an overall average of not less than **10 out of 20** in both examinations without obtaining a disqualifying score.
## Important Dates
- Deadline for electronic registration and submission of application files: **Monday, June 22, 2026**, at **16:30**.
- Date of the competition: **Sunday, June 28, 2026**, at **9:00 AM**.
## How to Apply
Application is mandatory according to the following two stages:
1. **Registration on the website:** The candidate must fill out the information form for the competition on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website **www.sante.gov.ma** by **June 22, 2026** at the latest.
2. **Submission of application file:** Application files must be submitted on the electronic platform prepared for this purpose on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website **www.sante.gov.ma**. **June 22, 2026**, at **16:30**, is the final deadline for submitting files. Any file submitted after this date will not be considered.
**Important Notes:**
- Any application file missing one of the required documents will be considered invalid.
- Registration in the information system is final and cannot be modified.
- The lists of accepted candidates for the competition will be published on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website **www.sante.gov.ma** and will serve as an invitation. These lists become final two days after their publication.
