## Eligibility Criteria - Civilian and military candidates who have completed the regular period of residence at the teaching hospitals of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy or Dentistry, which is at least four years for medical, pharmaceutical, or dental specialties and five years for surgical or internal medicine specialties. - Military doctors, pharmacists, and dentists who have passed the competition for assistants in foreign military hospitals and have served: - At least four years in active service as an assistant in foreign military hospitals or as a resident in a university hospital for medical or dental specialties. - At least five years in active service as an assistant in foreign military hospitals or as a resident in a university hospital for surgical or internal medicine specialties. - Four years in active service within military formations for those who passed the mentioned assistant competition before June 2, 1993.
