## Overview
The Higher Institute of Information and Communication (ISIC) in Rabat announces the organization of a competition for admission to the first year of the fundamental Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication for the academic year **2026-2027**. This competition aims to select qualified students to pursue studies in media and communication specializations.

## Announced Positions
• Admission to the first year of the fundamental Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication.
## Eligibility Requirements
- Baccalaureate certificate (all streams) or an equivalent certificate, obtained in **2025** or **2026**.
- The applicant's age must not be less than **17 years** and not exceed **25 years** as of **December 31, 2026**.
- Obtain a general average score of not less than **14/20** in the Baccalaureate exam.
- Obtain a score of not less than **14/20** in Arabic, French, and the third language in the Baccalaureate exam.
- For employed applicants, their age must not exceed **35 years** as of **December 31, 2026**, and they must provide authorization from their administration.
## Required Documents
The following documents must be uploaded via the electronic registration form:
- Transcripts of regional and national exams and the Baccalaureate certificate (for Baccalaureate 2025 holders).
- Transcript of the regional exam (for Baccalaureate 2026 applicants).
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Authorization issued by the administration (for employed applicants).
## Test Stages
The competition is conducted in Arabic, French, or English, according to the applicant's choice, and takes place in two stages:
- **Written Test**: Applicants are tested on their general knowledge and culture.
- **Oral Test**: Applicants are tested before a committee of institute professors on their expressive and communication skills and their readiness to join the institute.

- Application deadline: **June 18, 2026**, at midnight.
- Written test date: **Sunday, July 12, 2026**, at 8:30 AM.
- Age determination date: **December 31, 2026**.
## How to Apply
1. Fill out the registration form via the institute's electronic link: https://preinscription.isic.ma.
2. Upload the required documents (in JPEG/PDF format, not exceeding 3 MB).
3. Applicants will receive a notification of file submission via their email.
4. The list of selected applicants for the written test will be announced on the institute's website isic.ac.ma.
