## Eligibility Requirements
- Moroccan nationality
- Holders of a State Engineer diploma from national schools, institutes, or university institutions, or equivalent diplomas
- Meeting the conditions stipulated in Chapter 21 of the General Statute of the Public Service
## Required Documents
- Scanned copy of the National Identity Card
- Scanned copy of the diploma
- Certified copy of the obtained diploma or certificate
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with the candidate's photo, phone number, permanent personal address, and email
- Authorization from the head of the employing administration for employed candidates
## Examination Stages
- Written examination: four hours, coefficient 3
- Oral examination: between 20 and 30 minutes, coefficient 2
