## Overview
The Secretariat of State for Maritime Fishing announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **13 Administrators, Third Grade**, to strengthen its staff in the central administration and external services. This competition aims to attract competencies in specializations related to maritime fishing.

## Advertised Positions
- **13 positions** for Third Grade Administrators, in specializations related to maritime fishing (Fishing Captain, Fishing Mechanical Officer, Professional License or equivalent).
- A quota of **25%** of positions is reserved for Resistance fighters, Wards of the Nation, former military personnel, and veterans.
- A quota of **7%** is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
- Successful candidates will be assigned to the central administration and/or external services of the Secretariat of State for Maritime Fishing.
## Application Requirements
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most.
- The applicant must hold a **Fishing Captain** certificate, **Fishing Mechanical Officer** certificate, or a **Professional License**, or an equivalent in specializations related to maritime fishing.
- For civil servants and contractual employees, a final and unconditional authorization from the original administration must be submitted.
## Required Documents
The following documents must be scanned and uploaded via the electronic platform:
- The application form attached to the announcement, after being filled out and signed.
- The required diploma in the specified specialization.
- A copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette (for foreign certificates).
- A valid biometric national identity card.
- A card or registration certificate for: Wards of the Nation, former combatants, former military personnel, Resistance fighters, former members of the Liberation Army, and persons with disabilities.
- A final and unconditional authorization from the original administration (for civil servant and contractual applicants).
## Examination Stages
- **1. Written Examination:**
- Relates to the field of competence of the concerned administration, public management, required specializations, or the tasks and functions to be performed.
- Duration: **Four (4) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **2. Oral Examination:**
- The competition committee will discuss various topics and issues with the applicant to assess their ability to perform the tasks associated with the grade.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.

The publication of the lists of admitted candidates for the examinations and the determination of the time and place on the website of the Secretariat of State for Maritime Fishing **www.mpm.gov.ma** and on the public employment website **www.emploi-public.ma** shall serve as an official summons.
