## Overview
The Secretariat of State for Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **10 State Engineers, First Grade**. This competition aims to enhance competencies within the central administration and external departments, targeting holders of a State Engineer diploma in various specializations.

## Announced Positions

- Aquaculture

- Ingénieur en génie civil
- Génie Industriel
- Ingénieur navigation
A quota of **25%** of the positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or veteran, and **7%** for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
## Application Requirements
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 45 years old**.
- The applicant must hold a **State Engineer diploma** or its equivalent in one of the required specializations.
## Required Documents
Scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded via the electronic application platform:
- The application form attached to the announcement, to be downloaded from the public employment website, filled out, and signed.
- The required diploma in the specialization mentioned above.
- A copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette (for holders of foreign certificates).
- Valid biometric National Identity Card.
- Registration card or certificate for: Nation's Wards, Veterans, Former Military Personnel and Resistance Fighters, Former Members of the Liberation Army, and Persons with Disabilities.
- For employed and contracted candidates, a final and unconditional authorization from their original administration is required to take the competition.
## Examination Stages
The competition includes two tests:
- **1. Written Test:**
- Pertains to the field of the concerned administration's competencies, public management, the required specializations, or the duties and positions to be filled.
- Duration: **Four hours (4)**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **2. Oral Test:**
- The competition committee will discuss various topics and issues with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the duties.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.

- The publication of the list of admitted candidates for the tests, as well as the date and location, on the website of the Secretariat of State for Fisheries **www.mpm.gov.ma** and on the public employment website **www.emploi-public.ma** shall serve as an official summons.
- Successful candidates will be permanently appointed to the central administration and/or external departments of the Secretariat of State for Fisheries.
