## Eligibility Criteria
- Moroccan nationality
- Aged 18 years or older and 45 years or younger as of January 1 of the current year
- Holders of a Master's degree, a specialized Master's degree, or an equivalent degree recognized by the relevant regulations (for the second grade)
- Holders of a Bachelor's degree, a Bachelor's degree in basic studies, a professional Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent degree recognized by the relevant regulations (for the third grade)
## Required Documents
- A written application including the candidate's family and personal name, address, and signature
- A curriculum vitae (CV) with a photo of the candidate, including their mobile phone number and email address
- A certified copy of the national identity card, not expired
- A certified copy of the required diploma or an equivalent degree recognized by the relevant regulations, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision if necessary
- Authorization from the head of the employing administration for employed candidates
