The National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) announces the organization of a recruitment competition for 05 State Engineer positions in various specialties. • **Position 1: Chemist** (1 position) - Rabat
- **Grade:** State Engineer
- **Educational Level:** Bac + 5 (State Engineer, Master's or Doctorate)
- **Required Specialties:** Inorganic Analytical Chemistry, Mineral Chemistry, Physical Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Metrology Chemistry or Process Engineering.
- **Required Experience:** At least two years in a laboratory setting.
• **Position 2: Mining Exploration Geologist** (2 positions) - Rabat
- **Grade:** State Engineer
- **Educational Level:** Bac + 5 (State Engineer, Master's or Doctorate)
- **Required Specialties:** Geology, Earth Sciences, Geological Resources, Metallurgy, Earth Sciences or Mineral Engineering.
- **Required Experience:** At least one year.
• **Position 3: Geological Cadre (Biostratigrapher)** (1 position) - Rabat
- **Grade:** State Engineer
- **Educational Level:** Bac + 5 (State Engineer, Master's or Doctorate)
- **Required Specialties:** Geology (strong knowledge in Biostratigraphy, especially in Micropaleontology and Palynology, and good knowledge in Stratigraphy and interpretation of Sedimentary Sequences).
- **Required Experience:** Not specified.
• **Position 4: Petroleum Drilling Engineer** (1 position) - Rabat
- **Grade:** State Engineer
- **Educational Level:** Bac + 5 (State Engineer and/or Master's)
- **Required Specialties:** Drilling Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
- **Required Experience:** Not specified.
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of **Moroccan nationality**.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most on **December 31, 2026**.
- Must hold the required diplomas (State Engineer, Master's or Doctorate) from national institutes and schools or Moroccan public universities, or diplomas recognized as equivalent.
- **25%** of positions are reserved for Resistance fighters, Wards of the Nation, former military personnel, or veterans.
- **7%** of positions are reserved for people with disabilities.
- Public sector employees and agents of public institutions must attach authorization to participate in the competition from their original administrations.
- Persons with disabilities must attach a certified copy of their “disabled person” card.
- Applicants from the Resistance fighter category must submit their applications through the High Commission for Resistance Fighters and Members of the Liberation Army, accompanied by a certificate proving their status.
- Applicants from the Wards of the Nation, former military personnel, or veterans categories must submit their applications through the Hassan II Foundation for Social Works for Former Military Personnel and Veterans.
