## Overview
The Ministry of Interior, Zagora Province, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of two Second Grade Administrators. This competition aims to enhance administrative competencies in Accounting and Economics specializations. Successful candidates will be appointed to the General Secretariat of the Province and its administrative units.

## Announced Positions
- **2** positions for Second Grade Administrators, specializing in **Accounting** and **Economics**. They will be appointed to the General Secretariat of Zagora Province and its administrative units.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18** and **45** years at most on January 1st of the current year.
- Must hold a Diploma of Advanced Studies (D.E.S.A) or a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies (D.E.S.S) or a Master's degree or a Specialized Master's degree in **Accounting** or **Economics**, issued by national university institutions, or an equivalent certificate.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or veteran.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
## Required Documents

- Candidate's Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- **For diplomas that do not specify the specialization:** A certificate issued by the relevant university institution clarifying the specialization or field of study.
- **For foreign certificates:** The equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette and the accompanying certificates.
- **For candidates working in public administrations:** Application for participation in the competition accompanied by the final approval from their respective administration (from the human resources departments).
- **For resistance fighters, nation's wards, former military personnel, and veterans:** Submit their applications through the administrations responsible for their affairs, in addition to online registration.
- **For persons with disabilities:** Provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.
- **After final success:** Complete the file with the administrative documents legally required for appointment to the public service.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination:**
- **Type:** Essay or Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- **Duration:** **Three (03) hours**.
- **Coefficient:** **4**.
- **Topics:** Related to the required tasks or functions, the prerogatives of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specializations.
- **Oral Examination:**
- **Type:** Discussion with the competition committee to assess the ability to perform the tasks.
- **Duration:** Between **15** and **30** minutes.
- **Coefficient:** **3**.
- **Note:** Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12/20** in the written examination qualify for the oral examination.

5. Final results will be announced on the same portal.
