## Application Conditions

- Age must be between **18 years minimum and 40 years maximum** as of January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the upper age limit for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years.
- Must hold a **Specialized Technician Diploma** in the required specializations (IT Development, Information Systems, Networks) issued by vocational training institutions, or an equivalent certificate. A certificate of success is not accepted.

- Authorization from the employing administration to participate in the competition (for employees).
- Copy of the certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or veteran (for those concerned).
- Certificate of registration on the lists of persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities).
- Any document proving the candidate's possession of the required scientific competencies and skills (if any).
## Examination Stages
The competition includes a written examination and an oral or practical examination:
- **Written Examination**:
- Subject: General or multiple-choice questions related to the tasks or positions to be filled or to the competencies of territorial communes.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- Note: Any score below 05 out of 20 is considered disqualifying. Candidates who score at least 12 out of 20 in the written exam qualify for the oral exam.
- **Oral or Practical Examination**:
- Subject: Various topics and issues to assess the candidate's ability to perform tasks related to the grade.
- Duration: **Thirty (30) minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
