## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- **For Third Grade Administrators**:
- Age: Between **18** and **45** years old at most on January 1st of the current year.
- Diploma: Bachelor's degree, fundamental studies license, or professional license awarded by university institutions, institutes, national schools, or an equivalent certificate.
- **For Third Grade Technicians**:
- Age: Between **18** and **40** years old at most on January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the maximum age limit to **45** years for civil servants.
- Diploma: Technician's diploma awarded by a vocational training institution or an equivalent certificate.
- Legal provisions specific to former resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, former combatants, and persons with disabilities apply.

- A handwritten application for participation addressed to the Dean of the Faculty, bearing the candidate's name, address, phone number, and email address, with a manual signature, and specifying the framework and specialty.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with the candidate's photo.
- Copy of the electronic National Identity Card.
- Copy of the required diploma (certificate of success is not accepted).
- Copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette (for foreign diplomas).
- Copy of the table published in the Official Gazette specifying the diploma equivalence (for private diplomas).
- Copy of the Baccalaureate certificate (or Technician's diploma allowing access to a technical framework).
- Authorization to take the competition for employed candidates.

## Examination Stages
**For Third Grade Administrators:**
- **General Written Examination**: Pertains to various legal, economic, managerial, social, humanitarian, or scientific issues. Duration: **Three hours**, Coefficient: **02**.
- **Specialized Written Examination**: Pertains to the administration's areas of expertise or the required specialties. Duration: **Three hours**, Coefficient: **03**.
- **Oral Examination**: The competition committee discusses various topics and issues with the candidate. Duration: Between **15** and **30** minutes, Coefficient: **03**.
**For Third Grade Technicians:**
- **General Written Examination**: Covers various economic, social, political, and administrative aspects at national and international levels (must be written in Arabic). Duration: **Three hours**, Coefficient: **04**.
- **Specialized Written Examination**: Pertains to the specialty of the competition. Duration: **Three hours**, Coefficient: **06**.
- **Oral Examination**: A discussion with the competition committee on general culture, the candidate's specialty, and the sector. Duration: At least **15** minutes, Coefficient: **03**.
Candidates who have been accepted, passed both written examinations, and achieved the required average are eligible for the oral examination.

## How to Apply
