The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports announces the launch of the application process for admission to Higher Technician Certificate (BTS) preparatory classes for the **2026-2027** academic year. This memo aims to clarify the conditions, selection criteria, and registration stages for candidates wishing to pursue their higher education in these technical specializations.

This announcement concerns applications for admission to Higher Technician Certificate preparatory classes, not direct job positions. The number of students is limited to **30 students** per class.
## Application Conditions
- Obtaining a Baccalaureate certificate or an equivalent certificate in one of the specializations suitable for training, as specified in the tables of catchment areas and educational or training institutions qualified to host Higher Technician Certificate preparatory classes in Annex No. (1) attached.
- The candidate's age must not exceed **23 years** by the end of **September 2026**.
**Selection Criteria:**
- Selection based on merit, according to the general average obtained in the Baccalaureate exam.
- Application of the quota specified in Annex No. (2) attached to the full memo.
- Limiting the number of students to **30 students** per class.
## Required Documents
**For Moroccan candidates holding a foreign Baccalaureate:**
- Application from the interested party.
- Certified copy of the Baccalaureate certificate.
- Copy of the Baccalaureate equivalency certificate.
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Stamped envelope bearing the candidate's address.
## Examination Stages
There is no direct examination; rather, a selection process based on merit criteria and the general Baccalaureate average.
## Important Dates
- Application start date: **June 19, 2026**.
- Deadline for online application: **July 15, 2026**.
- Deadline for submitting application file (for foreign Baccalaureate): **September 16, 2026**.
## How to Apply
1. **Obtaining the Secret Code:**
- **For enrolled students (Baccalaureate 2025-2026):** Request the secret code from their educational institution's administration.
- **For free candidates (Baccalaureate 2025-2026):** Download the secret code from the dedicated portal for free candidates (https://candidaturebac.men.gov.ma).
- **For students who previously obtained a Baccalaureate certificate:** Request the secret code from the Provincial Directorate (Provincial Information System Center CPSI).
2. **Online Registration Steps:**
- Access the 'Moutamadris Space' website via the link (https://moutamadris.men.gov.ma/moutamadris).
- Enter the student's 'Massar' code (Code MASSAR) and the secret code.
- Access the section dedicated to Higher Technician Certificate preparatory classes.
- Submit the application in the designated registration area (Candidature au BTS).
- Fill in all fields marked with (*).
- Changes can be made to the application form until **July 15, 2026**, and the last modified application form will be considered.
- To track the application and registration process (Suivi de candidature), the student's 'Massar' code and secret code must be entered.
**Exceptional Cases:**
- **For candidates holding more than one Baccalaureate certificate:** The candidate must choose the Baccalaureate they wish to use for their application.
- **For Moroccan candidates holding a foreign Baccalaureate:** Submit the application file to the General Directorate of Educational Action for review, then it will be forwarded to the relevant institution in case of acceptance before **September 16, 2026**.
- **For foreign candidates holding a foreign Baccalaureate:** Submit the application file to the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI).
