## Overview
The Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **600 Assistant Professors** within the body of research professors in education and training. This competition aims to strengthen the Ministry's staff with specialized competencies and is exclusively open to sector employees who meet the required conditions.

## Announced Positions
- **600 positions** for Assistant Professor, distributed according to specializations and higher education institutions. Full details on the distribution of positions and specializations can be found in the annex attached to the official announcement.
## Application Requirements
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Be a tenured employee in the National Education and Preschool sector.
- Have been performing duties in this sector for a period of no less than **four (4) years** as of the date of the competition.
- Hold a PhD or State Doctorate degree, or an equivalent recognized certificate.
## Required Documents
- Copy of obtained certificates and qualifications.
- Copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette, for foreign certificates.
- Copy of the PhD or State Doctorate thesis.
- Copy of all research works undertaken by the applicant personally or in collaboration, which include, in particular, articles, publications, or phonographic studies.
- Applicant's Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Application form extracted from the competition's dedicated website, signed by the applicant and their direct supervisor.
## Examination Stages
Eligible applicants will undergo two main examinations:
- **First Examination**: Dedicated to evaluating applicants' certificates, educational and scientific experience, and research work.
- **Second Examination**: Consists of a presentation and discussion between the applicants and the competition committee.

- Examination dates: Starting from **July 3, 2026** (examination times and locations will be specified in the invitations).
## How to Apply
The application process is conducted exclusively via the digital platform dedicated to the competition by following these steps:
1. Access the digital platform: [https://concourspesa.men.gov.ma](https://concourspesa.men.gov.ma) during the period from **July 3, 2026 to July 17, 2026**.
2. Each applicant may apply for a maximum of five positions in the specialization appropriate to their certificates, qualifications, and research activities.
3. Rank the desired positions (maximum 5 positions) by preference.
4. Validate the application file by the applicant via the platform.
5. Extract the application form from the platform and have it signed by the applicant and the direct supervisor.
6. Upload all required application file components to the digital platform.
7. Track the application status via the same digital platform.
**Important Notes:**
- Incomplete application files, those not meeting the conditions, those containing incorrect information, or those submitted after the specified deadlines will be rejected.
- Applicants admitted to the presentation and discussion examination must arrive half an hour before the scheduled time, accompanied by their national identity card and an original paper copy of the application file on the day of the examination.
