## Eligibility Criteria
- Must be of Moroccan nationality
- Must not exceed 45 years of age by January 1 of the current year
- Must hold a Master's degree, specialized Master's degree, Advanced Studies Diploma, or Advanced Specialized Studies Diploma, or an equivalent degree according to the applicable regulations, in one of the specified specializations
## Required Documents
- Copy of the electronic national identity card
- Copy of the required diploma in one of the specified fields
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) including a photo of the candidate, phone number, permanent personal address, and email address
- Copy of the equivalence decision issued by the ministry responsible for higher education, for candidates holding degrees from foreign universities or from accredited private higher education institutions (accompanied by copies of the mentioned degrees in the equivalence decision)
- Disability certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family (for persons with disabilities)
- Certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter, war veteran, or old soldier (for those who have this status)
- Final authorization issued by the central services responsible for human resources (for employed candidates and agents working in public administrations and local authorities)
- Certificate issued by the relevant university clearly stating the specialization and field (for candidates whose diplomas do not specify the specialization or field)
## Stages of the Competition
- Written test: Multiple-choice questions (MCQ) or a general question or questions related to public policies or various fields relevant to the Ministry of Economy and Finance or the required specialization and professional skills related to the positions to be filled (3 hours, coefficient 2)
- Oral or practical test or both: The competition committee discusses various topics and issues related to the required specializations and the competencies of the concerned sector with the candidate, or subjects them to a practical test or both, to evaluate their ability to perform the tasks or functions related to the grade being competed for (15 to 30 minutes, coefficient 2)
