## Overview The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) is seeking a Monitoring and Programming Officer to join its team in Rabat. This position aims to ensure the monitoring of SOREC TV channel, optimize horse racing programming, guarantee the quality of audiovisual content, and prepare reliable reports while adhering to technical and editorial standards.
## The Organization The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) was established in 2003 under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. Its main missions include framing horse breeding, developing horse racing, and managing horse racing betting games in Morocco.
SOREC covers the entire country with five stud farms, 43 insemination stations, and 11 centers for promoting horse breeding, in addition to numerous collaborations with major horse associations in the Kingdom.

## Advertised Positions - **Monitoring and Programming Officer**: One (1) position in Rabat, on a permanent contract (CDI). The position requires an educational qualification of at least Bac +2/3 in related specializations and entry-level experience (less than one year).
## Key Responsibilities The Monitoring and Programming Officer, under the supervision of the Monitoring and Programming Manager, will undertake the following tasks: - **SOREC TV Channel Monitoring**: - Monitoring audiovisual streams. - Managing technical incidents. - Controlling content compliance. - Operational coordination. - **Horse Racing Programming**: - Preparing and defining the racing program. - Coordinating with SOREC TV and international broadcast operators. - Coordinating with international entities to develop racing offers. - **Programming Optimization**: - Operational tracking of races and meetings. - Analyzing race performance. - Preparing reports and improvement recommendations. - **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: - Producing dashboards. - Ensuring data reliability and accuracy. - Preparing periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly). - **Leading Monitoring and Continuous Improvement**: - Real-time tracking of incidents and indicators. - Preparing reports and classifying incidents. - Analyzing technical performance. - Identifying and tracking improvement areas.
