## Positions Advertised - **Position:** Manufacturing Technician - **Location:** Kenitra, Gharb Region - **Key Responsibilities:** - **Ensure maintenance of technological equipment:** - Prepare a maintenance program based on the defined maintenance plan and analysis of fault records. - Perform opening, dismantling, and diagnosis of equipment, and identify spare parts needs. - Verify the availability of spare parts in coordination with the storekeeper. - Ensure the implementation of the maintenance program within the specified deadlines. - Propose improvement measures and implement approved procedures. - Accompany service providers in carrying out external maintenance work. - Prepare the weekly work progress report and submit it to the direct supervisor. - **Conduct and/or participate in trials:** - Participate in mechanical trials of equipment and ensure the completion of work to address reservations expressed by the trials committee. - Conduct hot trials of the plant, verify sub-systems, and address any potential malfunctions. - **Conduct the Production Campaign:** - Configure plant equipment according to operational requirements and management directives. - Prepare and operate plant equipment in coordination with the electrical station and the diffusion station. - **Lead the Drying and Granulation Station:** - Prepare the workstation and review operating and maintenance instructions. - Monitor the evolution of operating process parameters and act appropriately. - Review laboratory analysis results and act accordingly. - Initiate and monitor the cleaning process of the machines concerned. - Fill out follow-up sheets. - Inform management of any significant event related to plant operation. - At the end of the campaign, perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment. - **Monitor proper functioning of equipment:** - Conduct rounds to verify the proper functioning of equipment and inform the relevant maintenance department in case of malfunction. - Monitor the proper functioning of the packaging process. - Perform maintenance tasks within your responsibility (lubrication, oil level, etc.). - **Prevention of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) risks during activities:** - Participate in identifying risks in your work area. - Observe described preventive and protective measures. - Apply standards in every procedure. - **Participate in continuous improvement projects:** - Work on improving and achieving energy consumption targets. - Hold briefing and review meetings with the direct supervisor. - Propose improvement measures to the direct supervisor for approval and implement approved procedures.
