## Overview The Association for the Promotion of Excellent Education (APEE) announces the opening of applications for the position of **IT/Telecom Maintenance Technician** at the Green Development Professions Training Center (CFMDV) in Benguerir. This position aims to ensure effective maintenance, installation, and monitoring of IT, network, and telecommunications equipment to guarantee optimal performance of the technical infrastructure.

## Organizing Entity **The Association for the Promotion of Excellent Education (APEE)** is a non-profit association recognized as being of public utility. The association manages the "Mohammed VI High School of Excellence", the "Rabat High School of Excellence", and the "Green Development Professions Training Center (CFMDV)". Its mission is to promote excellent education for Moroccan students from various social backgrounds and facilitate their access to prestigious national and international universities and grandes écoles.

**The Green Development Professions Training Center (CFMDV)**, located in Benguerir, aims to train competencies in green development professions and provide training adapted to the industrial ecosystem. The center offers three types of training: BTS, continuing education, qualifying and certification training, in addition to trainer training programs.

## Key Responsibilities The IT/Telecom Maintenance Technician will undertake the following tasks: - Diagnose and resolve malfunctions and failures in IT and telecommunications equipment. - Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of IT and telecommunications equipment (servers, routers, switches, computers, phones, etc.). - Update equipment in terms of security and software versions. - Install, configure, and ensure the proper functioning of local networks and communication systems. - Ensure network security and performance by applying best practices and cybersecurity rules. - Manage servers and other network equipment at CFMDV. - Ensure data backup and recovery in case of disaster. - Provide initial support to users for technical incidents related to IT and telecommunications equipment. - Train users on the use of basic equipment and applications. - Manage the inventory of IT and telecommunications equipment, monitoring its status and lifecycle. - Document configurations, installation, and maintenance procedures for better tracking. - Monitor the evolution of IT and telecommunications technologies to propose relevant improvements or updates for CFMDV equipment. - Collaborate with suppliers and service providers for system maintenance and development.
