## Key Duties and Responsibilities - Develop, propose, and implement human resources development policy regarding recruitment and mobility, career path management, evaluation system management, and competency development. - Analyze company processes and workflows in the HR field. - Meet with various company managers to gather their insights and expectations regarding HR projects. - Monitor senior management policy: - Mobility and job exchange. - Career path management. - Career progression. - Performance management. - Job classification and evaluation. - Build HR projects, highlighting desired objectives, necessary resources, and intervention schedule. - Implement projects in coordination with other HR cadres (operational or functional). - Ensure reporting to senior management on project progress conditions. - Analyze obstacles facing projects. - Organize and coordinate the group's human resources development activities. - Ensure external monitoring of HR practices of companies of similar size.
