## Positions Announced - **Billing Control Agent (M/F)**: One (1) position, in Rabat and surrounding areas. Requires a minimum of Bachelor +4 or +5 degree, and over 10 years of experience in hospital billing.

## Eligibility Requirements - **Educational Level**: **Bachelor +4 to Bachelor +5** degree in Financial Management or Accounting. - **Experience**: **Significant experience (10 years or more)** in hospital billing. Initial experience in a hospital project context is considered an asset. - **Additional Training**: Additional training in hospital management, insurance management, or medical billing is considered an asset. - **Legal Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of Moroccan legislation related to billing and social coverage. - **Software**: Proficiency in hospital management software and billing systems. - **Procedures**: Good knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures related to healthcare billing. - **Standards**: Knowledge of social security, health insurance, and mutual insurance standards and regulations. - **Office Tools**: Proficiency in using office tools (Word, Excel, etc.). - **Personal Skills**: Accuracy, ability to manage and work in a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational sense, autonomy, stress management, listening skills, adaptability. - **Technical Expertise**: Experience in hospital billing rules, good knowledge of hospital information systems, ability to read and interpret medical and administrative data. - **Project Management**: Experience in leading projects or active participation in a hospital project, project methodology (planning, monitoring, risk management). - **Teamwork**: Ability to work cross-functionally and in a multidisciplinary team.
