The Territorial Municipality of Sidi Ahmed Cherif, affiliated with Ouezzane Province, announces a competition for the recruitment of **four (4)** technicians, distributed across two grades: **two (2)** Grade III and **two (2)** Grade IV. ## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be at least **18** years and not exceed **40** years as of January 1, **2026**. The upper age limit may be extended for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement purposes, not exceeding **45** years.
- The candidate must hold the required diploma in the aforementioned specialties, issued by vocational training institutions or an equivalent certificate.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military, or veteran.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for disabled persons holding a disability card.
## Required Documents
- A handwritten application from the candidate to participate in the competition, stating personal and family name, address, signature, chosen specialty, email, and phone number.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- A copy of the required diploma in the specialty or an equivalent certificate, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision if applicable.
- A copy of the National Identity Card.
- An abridged copy of the birth certificate.
- Two (02) self-adhesive stamped envelopes bearing the candidate's full name and address.
- Written authorization for employed candidates, issued by their original administration for the purpose of participating in the competition.
- Certificate of registration on the disability lists for disabled persons.
- A copy of a certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military, or veteran.
**Note**: The date of issuance of the aforementioned documents must not exceed **three (3)** months.
## Examination Stages
The competition includes two main examinations:
- **Written Examination**:
- Subject: A general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the duties or positions to be filled or to the competencies of territorial collectivities.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- A numerical score between 0 and 20 is awarded, and any score less than **5** out of **20** is considered disqualifying.
- **Oral and Practical Examination**:
- Subject: The examination committee discusses various topics and issues with the candidate, or the candidate undergoes a practical test in the required specialty, or both, with the aim of assessing their ability to perform the duties associated with the contested grade.
- Duration: Between **15** and **45** minutes.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- Candidates who obtain a score of at least **12** out of **20** in the written examination are eligible to take this examination.
The list of successful candidates is limited to the number of contested positions, and a waiting list is established, ranked by merit among candidates who obtain an overall average of at least **10** out of **20** and without obtaining a disqualifying score.

- The post office stamp will be taken into account to determine the submission date.
- Any incomplete file or file received after the specified deadline will be considered void.
- The names of candidates admitted to the written and oral examinations, as well as the list of finally admitted candidates, will be published on the Public Employment Portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and on the Portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Collectivities (www.collectivitesterritoriales.gov.ma). This publication serves as an official summons for candidates.
