- **1** position for a **Senior Executive** in **Management and Follow-up of Legal Files and Disputes** (Master's or Bac + 5 in Private Law / Administrative Law and Public Policies / Business Law / Administrative and Financial Litigation Law / Public Litigation / Company Law) with at least five years of professional experience.
- **1** position for a **Senior Executive** (State Engineer) in **Monitoring Road Studies and Works** (State Engineer Diploma in Civil Engineering - Road Engineering) with at least two years of professional experience.
- **2** positions for a **Senior Executive** (State Engineer) in **Monitoring Building Studies and Works** (State Engineer Diploma in Civil Engineering - Construction) with at least two years of professional experience.
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- Must hold the required diplomas and certificates according to the specialties specified in Article One, issued by accredited schools, institutes, and university institutions, or an equivalent certificate or diploma.
- Must have the actual professional experience required in the table above in the field of tasks related to the position.
- Must not be registered in the Central Disciplinary Register of Public Administrations.

- Application request to participate in the competition addressed to the Director of the Regional Agency for Project Execution of Souss-Massa Region, stating the applicant's full name, the position applied for, email address, and signature.
- Certified copy of the National Identity Card.
- Detailed and updated CV with a photograph of the applicant, email address, phone number, and signature.
- Certified copy of the required diploma in the specified specialty (certificate of success is not accepted). For diplomas that do not specify the specialty, a certificate issued by the relevant university institution clearly indicating the specialty must be attached.
- Work certificates proving the required professional experience duration after obtaining the required diploma. Work certificates must indicate the actual start date of professional experience and the certificate issuance date. In the absence of this information, these certificates will not be considered.
