## Overview
The National Defense Administration announces the organization of tests for the recruitment of four (04) Lecturer Professors, Grade A, on Sunday **October 4, 2026** in Rabat. This competition aims to enhance academic competencies in vital specializations within military educational institutions in Casablanca and Marrakech.

## Announced Positions
- **Lecturer Professor, Grade A**: One (01) position in **Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)** at the Royal Naval School, **Casablanca**.
- **Lecturer Professor, Grade A**: One (01) position in **Thermodynamics** at the Royal Naval School, **Casablanca**.
- **Lecturer Professor, Grade A**: One (01) position in **Electronics** at the Royal Air School, **Marrakech**.
- **Lecturer Professor, Grade A**: One (01) position in **Applied Mathematics** at the Royal Air School, **Marrakech**.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must not exceed **45 years** as of January 1st of the current year.
- Must hold a **Doctorate** degree, a State Doctorate, or an equivalent recognized certificate.
## Required Documents
- A handwritten application addressed to the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of the National Defense Administration, including full name, residential address, email, phone number, and specifying the desired specialization.
- Three (03) copies of the Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a recent photograph of the candidate.
- Three (03) certified copies of the National Identity Card.
- Three (03) certified copies of the required qualification for employment (Doctorate or equivalent).
- One (01) copy of diplomas, titles, as well as the Doctorate or State Doctorate thesis.
- One (01) copy of all research works carried out by the candidate personally or in collaboration (articles, publications, monographic studies).
- Three (03) copies of the equivalence decision issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation (for holders of foreign degrees), accompanied by a certified copy of the certificates mentioned in the equivalence decision.
- For employed candidates, their application files must be accompanied by an administrative certificate issued by the central human resources departments, containing final authorization to participate in these tests.
## Test Stages
- **Stage One**: A test for evaluating the candidate's qualifications and works.
- **Stage Two**: A test in the form of a presentation and discussion between the candidate and the examination committee.
- **Additional Stages**: Candidates will undergo a psychological examination and a field investigation.
