## Overview
The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, Communication Sector, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **one (1) Administrator**, Second Grade. This competition aims to enhance competencies in the field of audit and management control. Applications are open to holders of a Master's degree or equivalent, and files must be submitted electronically.

- **1** position of **Administrator, Second Grade** in **Audit and Management Control** in the city of **Rabat**.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18 and 45 years old**.
- Must hold a **Master's degree**, **Specialized Master's degree**, **Specialized Higher Studies Diploma**, or **Advanced Higher Studies Diploma** issued by national university institutes or institutions authorized to deliver them, or an equivalent certificate.
## Required Documents
- Application for participation in the competition.
- Copy of the electronic National Identity Card.
- Copy of the certificate or diploma (accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision for foreign certificates).
- Certificate issued by the institution granting the certificate or diploma, clearly indicating the specialization, for certificates or diplomas that do not include the specialization (a certificate of success is not accepted).
- Copy of the Curriculum Vitae (CV) bearing the candidate's photo, phone number, permanent personal address, and email.
- For employed candidates, the application must be accompanied by the approval of their administration, issued by the human resources department of the relevant administration.

## How to Apply
Candidates must submit their application files exclusively via the Public Employment Portal: **https://depot.emploi-public.ma**. This requires filling in all candidate information and uploading the required documents electronically. Registration on this portal is final and cannot be modified after the specified deadline. Applications not registered electronically, or those that do not meet the conditions or lack any of the specified documents, will be rejected.
